The music video shows Freddie taking a trip abroad to distract herself from her depression and insecurities, but it inability ends with her staring at her reflection and hating herself.

The music video shows mirrors and cars being smashed to symbolise the decay of Freddie's mentality.

The music video shows Freddie considering facing the outside world as she sees the world in a completely different way from when she was a child.

The music video shows Freddie letting out her anger about the world as she enters the next stage of grief.

The music video shows Freddie searching for her soulmate, which ends up being her cat: Bean.

The music video shows Freddie running away from her problems and reminiscing on her dark days as she gains her creativity back.

The music video shows Freddie getting a bath ready to clear her mind, and getting back to her regular schedule of eating and sleeping again. The light symbolises her hope and healing,

The music video is inspired by SOPHIE's 'It's okay to cry'. Having similar lyrical themes and music video effects.

The music video shows Freddie bleeding to death to symbolise the death of her old self as she is rebirth into a more confident, bigger and better person.

P3arl$:

The music video shows Freddie drinking her pain away with alcohol as the lyrics discuss her problems with using drinking to distract herself. This was filmed when Freddie was drinking, a day before SOPHIE's death.

R!v£rs:

The music video shows Freddie packing up her bags as she is ready to move on into the next chapter of her life.
